Who is OSMA Trocknersysteme?
OSMA Trocknersysteme GmbH has been developing and manufacturing drying and washing solutions in Obervellach, Austria for over 37 years – from shoe and boot dryers to drying cabinets and complete ski room and fire service equipment.
Where are the units produced?
All products are developed and manufactured at our site in Obervellach (Carinthia) – no bought-in goods, no outsourced production.
What applications does OSMA build for?
Our customers come primarily from four areas: hospitality & ski rooms, fire services & emergency organizations, businesses & industry, and public institutions. You'll find an overview of suitable solutions for each area under Products.

How long until I get a response?
Inquiries submitted through our form go straight to our team in Obervellach and are usually answered within one business day.
Are custom builds possible too?
Yes. In addition to standard units, we regularly build customer-specific solutions – such as tailored ski room equipment, custom fire service cabinets or special dimensions for tight spaces. It's best to clarify the details directly based on your project.
What are the delivery times?
That depends on the product and whether it's a standard or custom build. We'll give you a firm date as part of the quote.
Does OSMA also handle installation?
For many projects – especially larger ski room or fire service installations – on-site installation is possible. Just mention it directly when you send your inquiry.
Warranty, Spare Parts & Service
How long is the warranty on OSMA units?
We provide a 2-year warranty on our drying systems for proper use and maintenance. Details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I still get spare parts after many years?
Yes, we ship spare parts directly ex works from Obervellach. Contact us with your unit's model name via the Inquiry form (request type "Service / Spare Part") or by phone.
What do I do in case of a defect or technical problem?
